Kenny Chesney marked the release of his 21st studio album, Silver Sands Marina, with a special concert at The Pinnacle in Nashville on September 25. The album-release event placed the country star in a 4,500-capacity venue, offering a more intimate setting than the stadiums that have defined much of his touring career.
During the 22-song performance, Chesney introduced several tracks from the new project, including “Burn My Boat,” “Goldfish,” “Talkin’ Dirt,” “Silver Sands Marina,” “Carry On” and “Remember Me That Way.” The set also featured familiar songs such as “Summertime,” “Beer in Mexico,” “I Go Back” and “Living in Fast Forward.”
The Nashville celebration extended beyond the stage. The venue incorporated elements inspired by the new album, along with games, food trucks, and merchandise for fans attending the event. Greylan James also made a surprise appearance to perform “Born” with Chesney.
The concert was broadcast live on No Shoes Radio, giving listeners outside Nashville a chance to hear the album-release performance.
