Ashley McBryde has revealed that she is currently on vocal rest to heal an injury to her vocal cords. In an Instagram video, the “One Night Standards” singer communicated with fans through handwritten notes, explaining the situation and suggesting they practice American Sign Language to communicate during meet-and-greets. McBryde assured fans that she does not want to cancel any shows or events, and is hoping to recover in time for her upcoming performances, including her “Redemption Residency” at Chief’s in Nashville on December 12th.
